SMARTBIOCONTROL – BioProtect

Le 10 Décembre 2020

Au cours de ces projets, 26 partenaires issus de laboratoires universitaires, de centres de recherche ou de syndicat d’agriculteurs, ont mis leurs compétences en commun au service de la découverte de nouveaux produits biologiques, capables de lutter efficacement, et dans le respect de la nature, contre de nombreuses maladies fongiques récurrentes de nos cultures.

SMARTBIOCONTROL / BIOPROTECT END-SYMPOSIUM, SAVE THE DATE – 10 DECEMBER

Le portefeuille de projets INTERREG SMARTBIOCONTROL a le plaisir de vous inviter à son événement de clôture qui aura lieu le 10 décembre 2020. En fonction des conditions sanitaires, cette cérémonie se déroulera en présentiel sur 3 sites différents (Lille, Gembloux et Kruishoutem (PCG)) avec diffusion en streaming; ou en visioconférence.

Au cours des 4 dernières années, ce portefeuille de projets transfrontaliers a eu pour objet de développer de nouvelles solutions efficaces pour lutter contre de nombreuses maladies des plantes par une approche de biocontrôle respectueuse de la nature.

Dans la matinée, les chercheurs vous présenteront :

Deux nouvelles banques de données qui rassemblent des informations scientifiques et techniques sur les biopesticides ;
Une synthèse des résultats obtenus dans le cadre du projet et liés au développement (sélection, production et efficacité sur différentes maladies des plantes) de biopesticides actuels (micro-organismes : Mycorhizes, Bacillus, Pseudomonas), ou futurs (lipopeptides, rhamnolipides, oligosaccharides) ;
Les résultats d’une enquête menée auprès des distributeurs de produits phytosanitaires et des agriculteurs sur la perception et la distribution des biopesticides ;
Un nouvel outil de diagnostic pour l’identification des agents pathogènes dans le champ et le suivi de l’activité des agents de biocontrôle : un exemple d’étude sera présenté sur la septoriose du blé ;

Dans l’après-midi, l’un des projets du portefeuille, le projet BIOPROTECT, présentera les résultats d’expériences de biocontrôle en serre et au champ, en mettant l’accent sur les pathosystèmes propres à la fraise, à la pomme, à la carotte, au poireau, à la laitue et au blé.
